i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the reception is open 24 hours which is great. breakfast was fine, there were european choices such as sausages and scrambled eggs.
the room was outdated. there was no kettle in the room, so i could not make tea or coffee. i felt unsafe walking in the area at night.

The 24-hour reception was quite convenient for my late arrival. Check-in went smoothly and quickly, which i appreciated. The room i received was clean and quiet. The hotel's location is a short 10-minute walk from Keleti Railway Station.
The shower in my room drained a bit slowly, a minor inconvenience. Also the soap dispenser was empty.

the location was ideal, near the train station. the breakfast offered a variety of options. the room had air conditioning, it worked effectively. we found the staff helpful .
i found the soundproofing was not great. noise from the hallway and other rooms was easily heard. it.

the hotel is conveniently positioned near keleti station. transport links made exploring so easy. the proximity to the station was also helpful when arriving and leaving, it meant less stress traveling.

The room I got was small. There was barely enough space to move around. The air conditioning made strange noises all night. It was hard to sleep. Breakfast was not good, the pastries were hard and not flavorful. I would not stay here again.

The bus stop located right outside proved convenient. I found exploring the city center easy. Reception booked spa tickets and this saved a lot of time. The room was cleaned and provided fresh towels daily.
The low power of the hairdryer in bathroom was not good.

Breakfast had European choices, including sausages and scrambled eggs. There were croissants, cereals and yogurt on offer. They also cater avoiding gluten, just ask staff for this, it helped me.

The hotel is in District 7 and near metro. Metro tickets are affordable and can get day passes. The rooms had air con and there are windows you open. I appreciate that this hotel has these features.

Staff were friendly and spoke English with ease. Reception can book spa tickets, which avoid queues. The hotel can offer an airport transfer. I found the staff helpful.
